Herbal Cleansing Bundle

This bundle is used similar to sage or other smoke cleansing products. This bundle is meant to remain in tact during the duration of its use - no need to remove the binding twine.

HOW TO USE:

• Step 1: Close all doors and windows in the space you are cleansing (this will help the smoke to cover every inch of the space)

• Step 2: Light the bundle at the top near the rose - I suggest lighting the surrounding herbs and allowing them to light the rose as it is more dense and softer than the other dried hebs

• Step 3: Once lit, start at the front of your space and work your way to the back waving your bundle in a clockwise motion to clear the energies

• Step 4: Once you have cleansed your entire space, open all windows and doors to release the negative/stagnant energy

• Step 5: Place the bundle on a glass plate or abalone shell to extinguish.

PRO TIP: if you are having trouble lighting your bundle I suggest using a torch ($3 from the smoke shop) and/or blowing on your bundle to really get it going.
